When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Who we share your data with

No personal information will be provided outside our company, with the exception of security monitoring services, for the protection of our website and it’s users. Personal informational, such as name, address, email ans phone number, may be shared interally, in order to better assist you with concerns or support. If you request a password reset, your IP address may also be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service, personal information may be provided to external spam monitoring services, in order to protect our website and its users.

Our administrators reserve the right to edit or remove any comments or content posted to our website, for any reason, if that content is deemed questionable or inappropriate by an administrator, or if the posted comment or content does not relate to the topic being discussed.

 Solicitation, or posting content that refers other users away from our website, is forbidden.  

refunds and exchanges

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery provided by the shipping provider, or receipt of purchase, if purchased in person. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Refunds will only be provided for defective or unwanted items, if purchased items are returned, unless otherwise arranged by RK Woods Company.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institute in posting refunds to your account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 5 business days of receipt of return, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our contact page.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded within 30 days for any reason. Sale items will only be refunded, if verified defective upon receipt of return.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us on our contact page to arrange a return.

promotional items and gifts

Any promotional items will be replaced with another promotional item of equal value, only if the promotional item is verified as defective.  Returns are not necessary and monetary refunds will not be processed for promotional items.

shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost for shipping the original item to you will be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We are not responsible for tracking returned items being shipped to us, and recommend using trackable delivery with whatever shipping provider you choose.
